Full Body Strength Training with a Daily “5 minute Hustle!”

GRITfit STRONG is a self-paced, small group training class that focuses on building overall strength.

Each class begins with space for self-reflection followed by a coach-led warm-up and the daily “5 Minute Hustle”. You then move into the suggested routine for the day, including any customizations you may require. Your coach will help you design the routine to fit your specific needs instead of forcing you to fit into a pre-determined mold.
